With one-on-one instruction, you will benefit from a supportive environment that allows you to sink deeper into your practice at your own pace. If you are completely new to yoga, this is a great opportunity to learn the “language” of yoga in a succinct period of time. Give yourself the gift of individualized attention so you can move through a yoga class (and life) with confidence.

Gather your friends, family, or coworkers for a unique opportunity to connect and flow together in our cozy studio space. This service allows your group to engage in the specific type of class you desire, whether it’s an invigorating Vinyasa flow, a serene candle-lit slow flow, or a pose-specific alignment clinic. This is the perfect opportunity to merge self care and community support. In studio group classes are available for up to 6 students, with all props and mats provided for your convenience.

Hi, I’m Cameron - Head Homebodi here at Homebodi Yoga. As a teacher, my philosophy is to meet students where they are, challenge them to grow at a pace that feels comfortable, and build a deeper connection with their mind and body. My hope is that you feel good when leaving your mat, no matter any challenges you may have faced while on it. Intentional movement, informed by the teachings of yoga, offers the chance to build a foundation of wellness support that you can carry with you through all of life’s ups and downs, and I’m excited to be part of that journey with you.
